Who we are
PJ Creatives is the studio of Patrick Jimbo Balagot in Panama City. This policy covers the project brief on this website.
What the form collects
Service, budget, timeline, company, name, email, phone, an optional message, and your consent. A hidden field is there to catch automated submissions and is discarded.
Why
To read the brief and reply about a project. We do not use the form for a mailing list.
Where it is stored
The form is sent to a serverless function on Vercel, then to HubSpot. A new contact is stored as a lead with status New. The brief is added as a note on that contact. If HubSpot is unavailable, the lead is not treated as sent.
How long
HubSpot keeps the contact so the studio can reply and keep a record of the inquiry. You can ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
Cookies
This site does not set marketing cookies. The host may keep ordinary server logs.
